you may exile an isntant card with converted
mana cost three or less from your graveyard.
When Tayir attacks you may copy the
exiled card and cast it without
paying its mana cost.
Exile five instant and/or sorcery cards
from your graveyard, pay four life:
Return Tayir from your graveyard or exile to the battlefield.
