Wish - Whenever you reveal a card from outside
the game, put a card from your hand into your sideboard at random. Kelzvara deals damage
equal to the sideboarded card's mana value to a
random opponent.
{g/u}{g/u}: The next time a source you control deals noncombat damage to an opponent, exile that
many cards face down from the top of your
library, choose a card from among them at
random and put it into your hand, then shuffle
the rest into your library.
