Tea Time

Players may play 2 additional lands per turn.
Players may draw an additional card on their
draw step.
Whenever a player draws a card, that player may
pay 2. If that player doesn't, all players create a treasure token.
Players may sacrifice 5 creatures, then the search
their library for a permanent card and put it into
play. This can only be done once under
controllers turn.
All creatures have haste.
