When a fighter with this skill is activated
they may make a group activation as if they were champion, if they are a champion they
may activate 2 additional fighters within 3" inches of them instead of the usual 1,. if the fighter is a Leader they may activate 3 additional fighters within 3" inches instead
of the usual 2.
