Destroy target creature with flying.
Will of the council - Starting with you, each player votes for corruption or impact. If corruption gets more votes, create a token of the destroyed creature that is a copy of it, exept without flying and it is a Demon in addition to it's other types.
If impact gets more votes or the vote is tied, deal
X damage devided as you choose among any
number of creatures, where X is twice the power of the destroyed creature.
