amulet. The decision is not permanent and may
be changed as a full-round action. When worn,
it grants a +3 deflection bonus to AC,
fast healing 1, and the ability to cast silence
at will with a Caster Level equal to CL.
Once per day, as a standard action, the
wearer may cast icy prison with a
DC 20 Reflex saving throw.
