Tear to the Multiverse

Widen the tear {x}: put a random card with
mana cost {x} that is legal in the format you
are playing, into your hand. Put a Tear counter on Tear to the Multiverse. Then, if there are 3 or more Tear counters on Tear
to the Multiverse, destroy a permanent you control at random. If there are 5 or more
Tear counters on Tear to the Multiverse,
you lose the game.
