Teba, Rito Warrior

Teba, Rito Warrior enters the battlefield with
four quest counters.
At the beginning of combat, you may tap Teba
and one other creature, if you do, remove a quest counter from Teba.
When you remove the last quest counter from
Teba, search your library and/or graveyard for a
card named "DivineBeast: Vah Medoh", and put
it onto the battlefield.
