Apply one of the following effects to your
Dexterity Basic Attack this turn:
1) Explosive: All adjacent targets receive the attack
as well. (May target an empty space)
2) Taser: After the attack is resolved, make a -1 Dexterity vs Will roll. If successful the target is Stunned.
3) Concussive: After the attack is resolved you
may move the target up to 1 space.
