Techno Elemental

Techno Elemental enters the battlefield with {x} +1/+1 counters on it. Then the summoning player has to take X shots (1 cl of liquid with at least 40 % alcohol) for every +1/+1 counter on Techno Elemental or sacrifice it.
During your main phase, you might pay {x} and drink X shots to put X +1/+1 counters onto the Techno Elemental.
Poisonous X. (Whenever it deals combat damage to a player, that player gets poison counters equal to the +1/+1 counters on Techno Elemental.)
