+2: Look at the top X cards of a player's library,(even if they're not playing),put them on the top or bottom of their library in any order.
0: Put X loyalty and/or remove X counters on any planeswalker anywhere. (meaning library, battlefield, graveyard, local store, etc...)
-X: Target player gets an emblem for X turns with; "your turn gets skipped".
