Teferi's Controller: End the phase. (Exile all
spells and abilities on the stack, including this card.
No other actions occur during this phase. If this also
ends the turn, the player whose turn it is discards
down to their maximum hand size. Damage wears
off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects
end.)
