If you would lose the game you may exile Teferi's Spark, if you do then you can't lose the game this turn. When you exile Teferi's Spark this way shuffle all cards not named Teferi's Spark you own from all graveyards, exile, and the battlefield into your library, then draw seven cards and your life total becomes equal to your starting life total.
As long as Teferi's Spark is in exile it can't be the target of spells
