Teferi's Spiral

At the beginning of each player's main phase, that player reveals the top card of his
or her library and adds an amount of colorless mana equal to it's converted mana cost to their mana pool. Place the revealed card on the bottom of that players library.
Teferi had a sick sense of humor.
