Telepathy 1: Dominate

Dominate is a malediction that targets a single enemy unit within 24". Whilst the
power is in effect, the target unit must pass a leadership test each time it attempts
to move, manifest a psychic power, shoot,
run, or declare a charge. If failed the unit can
do nothing.
