Teleport Homer

Use this when a TELEPORT HOMER unit is selected to move. Remove that unit from the battlefield. In the the Reienforcements step of that Move phase, set that unit back up on the battlefield within 3" of a friendly VEXILUS PRAETOR model, and more than 9" away from any enemy models.
