Once per Short rest, when you roll a critical hit
on your attack with this weapon, the sword will
cast the spell Command* on your target. The Axe
will command the target to grovel
The Spell save is DC12, with no additional
modifiers.
Telrad was a simple man. He only wanted his
enemies to grovel at his feet. Is that so much?
