Tempest Hydra

When Tempest Hydra deals combat damage to a player, put a tide counter on each island you control. As long as those islands have tide counters on them, they gain "{t}: add {u}{u} to your mana pool."
Remove all tide counters from islands you control: Put that many +1/+1 counters on Tempest Hydra.
