Temple of Prosperity increases the
gold production of each city by 50% and
allows the cardholder to avoid paying the
monthly city tax. This increase in GP
production lasts as long as Temple of
Prosperity remains under the control of the
cardholder. Cannot be combined
with any other card or multiplier.
