Uncompleted: After you draw one or more cards, put that many cards from the top of the deck into garbage collection.
Completion: When there are 15 or more cards in garbage collection.
Complete: Whenever the OS changes roll a d6. If the result is 6 the new OS gains the abilities of this project.
