Tempo

Whenever you cast a spell with the same mana cost as your Tempo, increase the
Tempo counter by 1.

Whenever you cast a card with different mana cost than your Tempo, set the Tempo counter
to 1.

At the beginning of the game set the Tempo counter to 1.
