Temporal Collapse

Treat each players upkeep as all other players upkeep effects happen. During each players untap step untap all permanents. During each players draw step each other player draws a card. During each players main phase each other player may play cards and activate abilities as if it was their main phase. (The player who's turn it is has priority.)
