Temporal Conduit
Each player chooses upkeep, draw, combat, or
end during his or her untap step. If Temporal Conduit is untapped,
that player takes an extra step or phase of the chosen type
immediately after the first chosen step or phase this turn. If
Temporal Conduit is tapped, that player skips
the chosen phase this turn.

activate this ability.
