Temporal Drowning

Search target opponents library for X amount of
cards. That player chooses half, rounded up, you
may play those cards without paying their mana
cost. The player shuffles the other half into their library.
For in tremendous extremities human souls are like drowning men; well enough they know they are in
peril; well enough they know the cause of that peril -- nevertheless, the sea is the sea, and these drowning
men do drown.
