Temporal Rearrangement

When Temporal Rearrangement enters the battlefield, assign an order to the following phases. Untap, Upkeep, Draw, First main phase, Combat, Second main phase, end
step. Each turn assumes the chosen order.
(The cleanup step is always at the end of the
turn.)
