Temporal Summoning

Kicker {u}{b}{r}
Shuffle your library, then reveal cards from the
top of your library until you reveal a creature
card. Put that creature onto the battlefield under
your control. Put the rest into your graveyard.
Repeat this process for each time this spell was
kicked.
Once every year the portal is opened, and
every year, nobody ever expects what comes out.
