Magecraft—Whenever you cast or copy an instant
or sorcery spell, you may look at the top card of
your library. If it's a Wizard, instant or sorcery
spell, you may cast it until end of turn.
Instant, sorcery and wizard spells cost {u/r} less to
cast. (For example, if you cast a spell with mana
cost {1}{u}{r}, it costs {1}{u} or {1}{r} to cast.)

Future, present and past are the same. This is
revealed with each passing moment.
