When Teostra dies, if a creature dealing
combat damage or damage from a fight caused it
to die, that creature's controller creates a
"Teostra Plate" legendary artifact token with "equip {3}" and "Equipped creature has +1/+4 and "when this creature fights or dies, deal 1 damage to any target"
