All players have a maximum hand size of 5. If a
player has less than 5 cards for any reason, they
draw from their library until they have 5. If a
player is the recipient of an effect that causes
them to draw a card, reveal and exile it with an
EX counter. A card exiled with an EX counter
may be cast anytime it normally could by sacrificing its EX counter. No more than 2 EX counters may exist at one time. If 2 already do,
any new exiled cards cannot have an EX counter.
