Terminal Fantasy

Players can't gain life or draw cards.
At the beginning of each player's end step, he or she discards a card, then Terminal Fantasy deals 2 damage to that player.
When there are no cards in all hands, sacrifice Terminal Fantasy. If you do, each player draws 10 cards, then Terminal Fantasy deals 10 damage to each player.
