Terrabear, the Terrible

Whenever Terrabear, the Terrible enters or deals
combat damage to a player, draw a card, then you
may put a land card from your hand or
graveyard onto the battlefield.

Whenever a creature you control becomes the
target of a spell an opponent controls, if you
control more lands than that player, counter that
spell unless its controller pays {x}, where X is the
number of lands you control minus the number of
lands they control.
