Terrain of the Unreal

Terrain of the Unreal is a basic land of all types.
{t}: add {w},{u},{b},{r},{g} or {c} to your mana pool.
{t}: add {10}{w}{u}{b}{r}{g} to your mana pool.
Use this ability if Terrain of the Unreal is the only land card in play and is not the first turn.
{10}: return all other lands to its owner's hand. Sacrifice Terrain of the Unreal at the end of
the next end step unless you pay 10 lives.
