•If an enemy operative would perform a
mission action or Pick Up, if any friendly
operatives that performed this action are within
3" of that enemy, one additional action point
must be subtracted for that action
•When determining control of an objective
marker that any friendly operatives that performed
this action are within range of, enemy operatives’
total APL is 1 less. Note that this is not a modifier
