When Tesla Cannon enters the battlefield, search
your library for a Tracer or Winston and add it
to your hand. when you play Tesla Cannon, if
Winston is on the battlefield you may equip it to
Winston. If Winston is put on to the battlefield,
you may equip Pulse Gun to Winston.

Winston, you may sacrifice Tesla Cannon and activate Winston's Ult.
