+1: Until the start of your next turn, you may cast creatures for their mutate cost as though they had flash.
-3: Whenever you cast your next card for its mutate cost this turn. Search your library for a card with mutate, put it in to your hand, then shuffle.
-7: Create an emblem that says, "Whenever you cast a card for its mutate cost, copy that spell, you may choose new targets for that copy."
