Teysir of Rabia

You may only cast mono-colored spells.

As an additional cost to cast a spell, you may
pay one of each color not in its mana cost. If
you do, copy that spell for each creature you control named Teysir of Rabia. You may choose new targets for the copy. Then, if you don't control five creatures named Teysir of Rabia, create a copy of Teysir, except its a 1/1 with no abilities and isn't legendary.
