Than of the Ursine Tribe

Whenever you gain control of a creature you
don't own, you may return target snow creature
with converted mana cost 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When Than of the Ursine Tribe dies, put an
Ursine Counter on each non/legendary,
non-token creature you don't control. (You gain control of a creature with a number of Ursine Influence Counter equal or bigger than the converted mana cost
of that creature, it is a snow permanent in addition to
its other type)
