Whenever Thalanas enters the battlefield under its owners control each
opponent gets a Kill counter, with an
escape cost of {p/w}{p/u}{p/b}{p/r}{p/g}.
(If the Escape cost is not paid, then each opponent loses 5 life,
for each opponent that has not paid the escape
cost.)
