At the beginning of your upkeep, put pi/2 ratio counters on That With a Sinful Shape.
That With a Sinful Shape's power and toughness
are each equal to sin(X)+2, where X is the
number of ratio counters on it. (Its P/T starts at
2/2, then changes to 3/3, then 2/2, then 1/1, then
repeats. Unless you use an effect to change the number
of counters on it. Don't do that.)
