As Thaumaturge's Spellseal enters the battlefield,
look at an opponent's hand, then name a nonland
card. Activated abilities of cards with the
chosen name can't be activated unless they are
mana abilities.
Sacrifice Thaumaturge's Spellseal: Remove all counters from target permanent.
