The Absellitine Effigy

When The Absellitine Effigy enters the battlefield, exile all cards from your hand and library, then shuffle all cards from your graveyard into your library.
At the beginning of your upkeep, shuffle all face-up cards you own in exile into a face-up pile. Until end of turn, you may play the top seven cards of that pile.
You can't play cards from your hand.
