The "Legend Rule" does not apply to creatures named The Abyss Watchers. A deck can have any number of cards named The Abyss Watchers. Whenever a nontoken Abyss Watchers enters, each player creates a token copy of The Abyss Watchers.
The Abyss Watchers must attack each combat if able. Whenever this creature dies, you lose 3 life and become Cursed until the end of the turn.

So long as this creature is not a token, whenever a token named The Abyss Watchers dies, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.
