The Administrator

When the Administrator enters, choose half of the players and put them on the Red team. The remaining players are put in Blu team. Players on
the same team cannot attack each other and cannot target each other for as long as The Administrator is on the battlefield or for as long as there are more than two players.

Whenever a creature under the control of one team dies, players on the opposite team draw a card.
