The Akashic Library

When The Akashic Library enters the battlefield, tapped, scry 3, then draw a card.
You have no maximum hand size.
{t}: Add one mana of any color to your mana
pool. When that mana is spent to cast an instant
or sorcery spell, scry X where X is the mana cost
of the spell. (Look at the top X cards of your library,
then put any number of them on the bottom of your
library and the rest on top in any order.)
