The All-Consuming

The All-Consuming can't be blocked by more
than one creature.
Predation {g}{g} ({g}{g}: If this creature would deal
combat damage to a player this turn, it assigns that
damage to a creature that player controls instead.)
If a creature you don't control would die,
if The All-Consuming dealt damage to it
this turn, instead exile that creature and put a
+1/+1 counter on The All-Consuming.
