At the beginning of your upkeep, if you own a
card in exile with a time counter, put a bell
counter on The Anchor of Home.
{x}, {t}: remove X time counters from any number
of cards exiled with suspend.
Remove a bell counter: remove target attacking creature from the game with suspense X, where
X equals that creature's power.
