counter on The Angler. Then, if The Angler has
an even number hook counters, gain control of
the last permanent to enter the battlefield.
When The Angler flickers, create two 0/1 blue
"Bait Bucket" creature tokens with "when Bait
Bucket dies, create a 4/2 blue Great White
creature token with hexproof that cannot block."
