When The arena enters the battlefield,
choose a color.
{t}: add one mana of the chosen color.
{10},{t}: For each player, randomly select 2 creatures, then randomly select 1 creature
from those creatures, put 4 +1/+1 counters
on that creature, destroy the rest.
