When this quest is begun, put a time counter on
it for each opponent.
{5}: Remove a time counter from this permanent.
Any player may activate this ability.
At the beginning of the boss's upkeep, if there
are time counters on this quest, deal damage
equal to the number of time counters on it to
each opponent. Then, put another time counter
on it. If there are no time counters on this quest, complete it.
