When The Azure Rogue's Surfacing enters the battlefield, you may draw 5 cards and put any number of basic islands and blue creatures on the battlefield tapped. You may search your library and/or graveyard for a card named Talon Cotsadis, reveal it, and put it into your hand. As long as The Azure Rogue's Surfacing, and Talon Cotsadis is on the battlefield, you have no hand size.
